Delo: A Change in Helsinki

Ljubljana, 18 March - Right before the summit in Helsinki some dramatic changes have occurred. The young and decisive "golf player" Bill Clinton will be sick, while the old Boris Yeltsin, recovering from a serious operation and dangerous double pneumonia, will be, at least so they say, fit as a fish, writes Delo's correspondent from Moscow on Tuesday.
