Weather: Clear and cold

Ljubljana, 4 September - It will be sunny and cool most of Thursday, but towards the evening a weak weather system will come in from the west bringing rain. Daytime lows will remain in the low teens, while highs will remain below 24, reaching 28 on the coast.
