Večer says Lagarde pleasing main players on financial markets

Maribor, 5 September - French Christine Lagarde is coming at the helm of the European Central Bank (ECB) in a very uncertain time, but judging by her presentation in the European Parliament, she intends to please the main players on international financial markets instead of small companies and individuals, Večer comments on Thursday.
