Prosecution appealing to top court over Kangler inquiry

Ljubljana, 12 September - The Supreme State Prosecution is reported to have asked the Constitutional Court to examine whether the parliamentary inquiry act and the inquiry into prosecution of former Maribor Mayor Franc Kangler may be in breach of the constitutional provision of division of power.
