Ljubljana, 19 March - Slovene Foreign Minister Zoran Thaler received Guenther Seibert, German Ambassador to Slovenia, for a farewell visit. Seibert took over the post of ambassador on 29 January 1992, acting as doyen of the diplomatic corps in Ljubljana simultaneously.
