Strasbourg, 19 September - Janez Lenarčič, the European commissioner-designate for crisis management, will have his confirmation hearing before the European Parliament's Development Committee on 2 October. The timeline for the hearings of commissioner candidates was confirmed on Thursday by the Parliament president and faction leaders.
