Polish volleyball team flying in with govt jet due to Adria cancellations
Amsterdam/Warsaw/Ljubljana, 24 September - Flight cancellations by Adria Airways could not have come at a worse time for the Polish volleyball team, who are to play team Slovenian in the European Championship semi-finals in Ljubljana on Thursday. Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki came to the rescue, sending the government plane to take the team, stranded in Amsterdam, to Ljubljana.
