Dnevnik: Survey on Giving Forests Back to Church and Foreign Landowners

The Slovene general public is divided over how to reach a decision on forests that are to be given back to the church and foreign landowners, the latest opinion poll on the issue carried out by Dnevnik and published Saturday revealed. 42.6 percent of the polled believe parliament should decide on restitution of forests to the church and foreign landowners, while 41.9 percent said a legislative referendum should be called.
