Borzen boss gets another term as Bratušek's statute change fails

Ljubljana, 9 October - The supervisory board of power market operator Borzen has appointed director general Karol Peter Peršolja to lead Borzen for another two years. The move comes after the government decided not to back the infrastructure minister's proposal to change the company's statute to give the government a say in appointments at Borzen.
