Delo says stricter loan conditions to affect growth

Ljubljana, 10 October - The newspaper Delo says on Thursday that a set of measures the Slovenian central bank has announced to stiffen conditions for consumer and housing loans will indeed reduce risks in the banking system, but it will also affect domestic consumption and thus economic growth.
