Dnevnik fears loan restrictions will speed up cooling

Ljubljana, 10 October - Commenting on the new rules by the Slovenian central bank that heavily restrict lending, the newspaper Dnevnik says on Thursday that what was conceived as a precaution ahead of a possible new crisis could actually speed up the cooling of the economy.
