Večer not really excited about state guarantee for expressway

Maribor, 11 October - The newspaper Večer welcomes in Friday's commentary the government's decision to provide loan guarantee for the Third Development Axis project, but it is sceptical that the expressway will connect the north and south of the country any time soon as "mills in Slovenia are grinding disastrously slowly".
