Calls for accessible, safe and quality food on World Food Day

Ljubljana, 16 October - A number of events will take place in Slovenia this week to mark World Food Day, which targets this year obesity and the rising global hunger as the main problems. The Slovenian Agriculture Ministry said on the occasion that joint efforts should be invested in making safe and quality food accessible to all people at acceptable prices.
