Health Committee urges govt to set up rare diseases register

Ljubljana, 15 October - The parliamentary Health Committee called on the government and the Health Ministry on Tuesday to set up a register of rare diseases, giving it a year and half to do so. The session was called after yet another donor campaign to raise funds for groundbreaking treatment from abroad that is not covered by the public health insurance.
