Referendum petitioner wants heads to roll at top court

Ljubljana, 22 October - Vili Kovačič, the man who unsuccessfully bid to defeat the government law on the Koper-Divača rail project in 2017 and then won a legal battle to have the vote repeated, on Tuesday urged the resignation of three Constitutional Court judges as the only way to save the court's reputation. He also plans a damages suit against the court.
