Dnevnik says Berločnik's replacement carefully planned

Ljubljana, 26 October - Since energy company Petrol is partly state-owned, there is no doubt the ruling elite was involved in Thursday's replacement of its director general Tomaž Berločnik. His sacking was just a matter of time, Dnevnik says on Saturday.
