Primorske says Brexit delay probably not the last one

Koper, 29 October - The never-ending story that is Brexit implies two things - that the concept of a member state exiting the EU is incomplete and the lack of preparedness of the European Commission to deal with such an issue, the regional newspaper Primorske Novice says in Tuesday's commentary headlined Delay, Which Was Probably Not the Last One.
