Decade on, arbitration agreement not yet achieved its purpose

Ljubljana, 4 November - It is ten years, to the day, on Monday since Slovenia and Croatia signed an agreement to take their long-running border dispute to a binding international arbitration. However, rather than ending what had been a recurrent source of tensions, these only mounted after Croatia withdrew from the process.
