Večer says Slovenia far from establishing provinces

Maribor, 5 November - Commenting on the debate on whether and how to establish administrative provinces in Slovenia, which is being revived at the highest level, the newspaper Večer says on Tuesday that the final solution is far away as there are too many unknowns and "parading with the map of provinces alone does not suffice."
