Delo argues zero-sum logic cannot apply in EU budget talks

Ljubljana, 6 November - The newspaper Delo comments on the talks on the new EU budget on Wednesday, saying that the clash of net recipients and net contributors is opening again. But none of the sides wants to admit that a logic of zero-sum cannot apply in the EU.
