SDS proposes state guarantees for housing loans

Ljubljana, 6 November - After the central bank imposed restrictions on consumer loans that have made many people uncreditworthy, the opposition Democratic Party (SDS) has proposed a bill under which such individuals would be able to take out housing loans under a state guarantee scheme. Unable to repay, owners would become tenants.
