Ljubljana, 29 March - Democratic institutions in Slovenia are functioning, German Ambassador to Slovenia Guenther Seibert, who is leaving to take a new office in Geneva, said in an interview for Delo's Saturday supplement. According to Seibert, Slovenia is a young democracy, therefore a parliamentary routine is to develop gradually.
