Dnevnik portrays Slovenian language radio quotas as farce

Ljubljana, 8 November - The newspaper Dnevnik says it had been clear from the start that the idea of Slovenian music quotas, now put on hold for private radio stations by the top court, was the exclusive idea of those standing to make money with it, meaning Slovenian musicians and their organisations.
