Weather: Rain to persist until evening

Ljubljana, 13 November - After a rainy night, rivers may burst their banks, especially in Slovenian Istria and parts of Primorska, and the sea level is expected to rise, the Environment Agency warns. The rainfall will continue throughout the day on Wednesday, but should gradually abate by evening. In Alpine valleys, the rain will turn to snow.
