Six years ago, in November 1991, the then three-chamber Slovene Assembly enacted the Denationalization Act. At the time, many believed the bill would enable redressing at least some injustices and a reconciliation, however political and social circumstances proved otherwise. The denationalization process is not getting on very smoothly, which is well evidenced by the latest referendum frenzy.
