NLB to issue EUR 120 million in subordinate debt in a week

Ljubljana, 12 November - In a week's time the bank NLB will issue EUR 120 million worth of subordinate bonds, the company said in a press release on Tuesday. The notes have been offered to "eligible counterparties and professional clients" outside the US and will expectedly be issued on 19 November.
