Economic and Social Council introducing new rules

Ljubljana, 15 November - The Economic and Social Council (ESS), Slovenia's main industrial relations forum, has signed an agreement that changes the rules of its operations and protocol so as to allow the body to discuss not only government-sponsored bills but any draft legislation.
