Unemployment benefits to rise, but conditions stricter
Ljubljana, 29 November - The National Assembly passed in a 44:5 vote on Friday government-sponsored changes to the labour market regulation act that significantly increase the minimum monthly unemployment benefit while stiffening eligibility conditions across the board.
