Ljubljana, 3 December - The coalition managed to pass budget legislation for 2020 and 2021 on Monday despite losing majority after a falling out with the Left. Nevertheless, statements by some coalition partners indicate the road ahead will be bumpy and that some ministers may be on shaky ground.
