Official at centre of arbitration scandal takes parliament to court

Ljubljana, 12 December - The official at the centre of a scandal that led to Croatia renouncing the border arbitration procedure in 2015 has filed a lawsuit seeking withdrawal of a parliamentary report on the 2015 arbitration scandal which largely incriminates her. She has asked the Administrative Court to rule that her human rights have been violated.
