Slovenians celebrate Christmas

Ljubljana/Maribor, 25 December - Christians are celebrating Christmas on Wednesday. Many attended midnight masses offered in virtually every church in the country on Christmas Eve, as are Christmas morning masses. The Catholic archbishops of Ljubljana and Maribor both underlined in their midnight mass sermons the importance of opening one's heart and home and helping others.
