Wage compression calls for wage reform

Ljubljana, 5 January - As of 2020, bonuses have been excluded from the minimum wage and the monthly minimum wage rose to EUR 940 gross. The difference between the minimum wage and wages just above it will thus hardly be noticeable, which is expected to intensify pressure to raise other wages. Stakeholders believe this calls for a pay system reform.
