Delo sceptical about Koper-Divača rail project
Ljubljana, 18 January - The newspaper Delo argues in Saturday's commentary that the construction of the Koper-Divača rail track has gotten a fresh impetus by numerous companies bidding for the principal works, but the project might remain stuck in a deadlock due to state inefficiency.
