Karl Erjavec to resign as defence minister

Ljubljana, 18 January - Defence Minister Karl Erjavec has announced his resignation from government after Agriculture Minister Aleksandra Pivec unseated him as president of the Pensioners' Party (DeSUS). He plans to remain a member of DeSUS, he said after Saturday's party election.
