York fund reportedly blocking state plans for Hoteli Bernardin

Ljubljana, 28 January - The votes by shareholders meant to confirm the absorption of hotel operator Hoteli Bernardin by majority state-owned Sava Turizem have been postponed to the end of February, reportedly because of opposition by the York Global Finance Offshore fund.
