EU court to announce Slovenia-vs-Croatia suit admissibility

Luxembourg, 31 January - The EU's Court of Justice will announce on Friday whether it will admit Slovenia's suit against Croatia over the latter's failure to implement the 2017 border arbitration award. Unofficial information suggests that the court will very likely decide in line with the advocate general's proposal that the case be ruled inadmissible.
