Jurists say EU Court decision not affecting arbitration award

Ljubljana, 31 January - The decision by the EU Court of Justice not to admit Slovenia's lawsuit against Croatia has not surprised jurists specialised in international law. They say the legal avenues in the EU are now exhausted, but Slovenia has not lost anything in legal terms and the decision will have no bearing on implementation of the border arbitration decision.
