Paper thinks silent diplomacy now required over arbitration

Koper, 1 February - Primorske Novice opines in Saturday's commentary that Slovenia is down to political means of implementing the decision of the border arbitration tribunal now that the EU Court of Justice has declared its lawsuit inadmissible.
