Finance offers two solutions to arbitration issue

Ljubljana, 3 February - The EU Court ruling in the case Slovenia brought against Croatia over border arbitration is yet another defeat of Slovenia against Croatia, the newspaper Finance says in Monday's commentary entitled Is Arbitration Dead?
