After acquisition in Serbia, NLB eyeing stronger regional role
Ljubljana, 27 February - NLB, Slovenia's largest bank, reinforced its position as a strong regional player by acquiring the no. 3 bank in Serbia, Komerciajna Banka. While the bank will now focus on integration, it remains interested in additional acquisitions in the region.
