Ljubljana, 4 March - The newspaper Delo wonders in a commentary on Wednesday whether the European Central Bank (ECB) will follow in the footsteps of the US Federal Reserve and take measures to mitigate the economic effects of the novel coronavirus COVID-19 epidemic.
