Fruit growers holding breath as blossoming starts way too early

Ljubljana, 11 March - Orchard owners in Slovenia are dreading any news of potential cold spells these days, as apricot and peach trees are already in bloom in some parts. The first heralds of spring, snowdrops and catkins, were flowering up to a month early this year.
