Delo thinks Slovenia should improve water access for Roma

Ljubljana, 12 March - Delo argues in Thursday's commentary that Slovenia should improve water supply in informal Roma settlements even though the European Court of Human Rights rejected an application by Slovenian Roma alleging that inadequate access to water and sanitation violate their human rights.
