Jurists see options to facilitate implementation of emergency laws
Ljubljana, 23 March - As prime minister called for legal solutions to be found to allow faster entry into force of laws designed to contain the spread of coronavirus and bring mitigation measures, constitutional jurists said that the eight-day period required for intervention laws could be shortened.
