Four presidents to discuss state of political institutions

Ljubljana, 24 March - The president of the country, the heads of the parliament's two chambers and the prime minister will hold their first meeting after the appointment of new government on Thursday to discuss the functioning of political institutions during the crisis.

The meeting of the four presidents is usually held in December, but given the circumstances a decision was made to meet sooner, President Borut Pahor has announced on Twitter.

He added they are expected to discuss the functioning of political institutions during the crisis, their cooperation and joint efforts for political unity.

Pahor will host PM Janez Janša, Parliament Speaker Igor Zorčič and National Council President Alojz Kovšca at the presidential palace at 11am on Thursday.
