Planned promotions hint at possible new army chief

Ljubljana, 16 April - Two senior Slovenian Armed Forces officers are expected to be promoted to the rank of major general on Slovenian Armed Forces Day on 15 May. Since this is the lowest rank required for the chief of the general staff, the planned promotions indicate that one of them may become the next army chief.
