Delo does not expect much from EU summit

Ljubljana, 23 April - Delo casts a sceptical look at the summit of EU leaders scheduled for Thursday as it notes how the EU has so far not lived up to the expectation that it will embark on massive fiscal stimulus and had even failed to provide quick emergency relief to the countries most heavily hit by coronavirus.
