Info commissioner worried about right to privacy in letter to govt, MPs

Ljubljana, 24 April - Information Commissioner Mojca Prelesnik has once again expressed concern over the National Public Health Institute (NIJZ) being ordered to share personal data of Covid-19 patients with the police for the purposes of disease control. In an open letter, she welcomed the opposition's decision to challenge this in Constitutional Court.
