Economy minister expects Hisense to lower planned layoffs, cooperate
Velenje, 28 April - Economic Development and Technology Minister Zdravko Počivalšek expects household appliance maker Hisense Gorenje to take a step back in its plan to lay off 830 workers and work with the government and unions in finding a viable way forward. However, the in-house trade union is disillusioned, saying it no longer believed Hisense's promises.
