Istrian towns join forces to fight off tiger mosquito

Izola, 8 May - Four Istrian municipalities have started a campaign to fight off Asian tiger mosquito, a dangerous transmitter of disease, which is active mostly in the summer. Until September, Izola, Piran, Ankaran and Koper will be using environmentally friendly substances to cut the number of larvae by more than 90%.
